pescou.net is a free digital classifieds board. We work like an online classifieds — the fisher posts their listing and the buyer makes contact. We do not intermediate, charge commission or participate in transactions.

• The user is fully responsible for the information published.
• It is prohibited to list protected species, illegally caught fish or products without required licenses.
• The user declares they hold legal authorization to catch, sell or transport the advertised product.
• False, misleading or illegal listings will be removed and the user may be banned.

• Users must comply with all local fishing regulations, including seasonal bans, protected species restrictions and required licenses.
• In Brazil, professional fishing requires registration with the Ministry of Fisheries (MPA). Recreational fishing requires an IBAMA license.
• pescou.net does not verify licenses. Compliance is the user's sole responsibility.

The fisher is responsible for the quality, freshness, hygiene and storage of the advertised product. pescou.net does not inspect products and is not responsible for illness, poisoning or damage caused by consuming the fish.

pescou.net does not process payments. Any payment, pricing agreement or delivery is made directly between fisher and buyer. We are not responsible for fraud, defaults or commercial disputes between users.

• By posting on the platform, the user grants pescou.net a non-exclusive license to display the content in the feed and promotional materials.
• Offensive, misleading, illegal or third-party-infringing content is prohibited.
• pescou.net reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.

Login is via Google OAuth. We collect name, email and profile photo for identification. We do not share data with third parties for commercial purposes. Location data in listings is rounded (~1 km) to protect user privacy.

pescou.net disclaims responsibility for: (i) negotiations conducted outside the platform; (ii) quality or illegality of advertised products; (iii) users' failure to comply with environmental, food safety or commercial law; (iv) direct or indirect damages from platform use. Using pescou.net implies full acceptance of these terms.

O item é ocultado imediatamente e passa por revisão da nossa equipe, que pode mantê-lo removido ou restaurá-lo. Para evitar abusos, registramos a data, o IP e, quando aplicável, o usuário que fez a solicitação.
